You can learn the basics and many elements that define Sanjana simply in a workshop, and integrate these as you see fit into your classes.

There also is a full teacher training to become a certified Sanjana Aerial Yoga instructor, either as an added training for those who already teach Aerial yoga, or as a basic training for (floor) yoga teachers.

Naturally you can also simply come to the regular classes - in case you live in Innsbruck, that is :)
